An aircraft glides over a sea of clouds, on a full moon night. Muska, a secret government agent, goes with a girl named Sheeta to the Tedis fortress. Suddenly the ship is attacked by pirates who, like the government, seek the secret of the magic levitation stone that Sheeta carries around her neck. The stone is the key that will open the gates of The Celestial Fortress, a floating island in the middle of the sky created by a mysterious race that long ago disappeared from the planet. Pazu, a young boy, becomes friends with Sheeta, helps him escape from his followers and together set out to solve the mystery of the Celestial Fortress. When Sheeta and Pazu begin their journey to the Celest Fortress, they set in motion a chain of irreversible events. In this mysterious place they will find a treasure far greater than the power of ruling the world.
