Dom Cobb (DiCaprio) is an expert in the art of appropriating, during sleep, the secrets of another's subconscious. Cobb's strange ability has made him a highly valued man in the world of espionage, but has also condemned him to be a fugitive and therefore to give up leading a normal life.
