Set against the last days of British rule and the years that follow, the film follows Senapathy, a veteran freedom fighter who learned a rare, deadly martial art and returned home to a quiet family life with his wife Namrata and their children Chandrabose and Kasthoori. When Kasthoori dies after lifesaving help is delayed by bribery and red tape, Senapathy is driven to take the law into his own hands, targeting corrupt officials one by one with ruthless precision. The campaign becomes painfully complicated when his estranged son Chandra has joined the very system his father is attacking, and the Central Bureau of Investigation closes in. The story examines the blurred line between justice and vengeance and the personal cost of fighting entrenched corruption.
