Hal (Timotheé Chamalet), a capricious prince and without interest in exercising his right to the throne of England, has abandoned real responsibilities to live in freedom among the plebe. However, before the death of his tyrant father, Hal is forced to resume the life of which he wanted to flee to be the new king: Enrique V. After his coronation, the young monarch will have to learn to deal with the palatial intrigues, a war and the ties that unite his old life, such as the relationship with his best friend and mentor, the gentleman John Falstaff (Joel Edgerton).
