Perfume: The Story of a Murderer

France, 18th century. Adaptation of the famous Best-Seller of Patrick Süskind. Jean Baptiste Grenouille was born in the middle of the stench of the fish remains of a market and was abandoned by his mother in the garbage. The authorities took care of him and sent him to a hospice. Grew in a hostile environment; No one loved him, because there was something exceptional in him: he lacked the smell completely. He was, however, endowed with an extraordinary sense of smell. At twenty, after working in tanning, he got work at the Bandini perfume's house, who taught him to distill essences. But he lived obsessed with the idea of catching other odors: the smell of glass, of copper, but, above all, the smell of some women.
