Until last week, Fletch was just one of those friendly reporters who fought for truth, justice and an office with a window. But things change when he gets through drug addicts to keep track of traffickers. It is then that he meets Stanwyk, who has bone cancer and asks him to kill him so that his wife can collect the insurance. Stanwyk has organized the perfect crime: a feigned robbery, a jaguar to escape and a river first ticket ... But there is something that smells like a scorch.
