In the first two episodes the facts of the original series of 13 episodes are summarized and the following develop new plots. The Royal Protestant Knights must face a Nazi separatist group, Millennium, led by the Major. It is an organization that is willing to everything in order to avenge Hellsing, who defeated them in World War II. It also has as its central objective of existence to bring war to all corners of the world. Characters were not considered within the television series and are specific to the manga, such as Rip Van Winkle, Zorin Blitz, The Captain, Schrödinger and the Major. On this occasion, a strong exhibition of the Neonazis unlike the series, is more explicit and of a gloomy character. Millenium is also known as "Letzte Batalllon".
