When Herman Knippenberg (Billy Howle), a subaltern diplomat of the Dutch Embassy in Bangkok, without knowing it, gives with this intricate network of crimes, will trigger with the help of his wife Angela (Ellie Bamber), an extraordinary series of events that Sobhraj becomes the most wanted man by Interpol, with arrest orders on several continents.
