During the 60s, the Church of the Saints Angels and its school were the center of the "Hell Kitchen", a Marginal neighborhood of New York. There the marginalized children could take refuge. John, Lorenzo, Michael and Tommy are four friends who try to survive in the neighborhood, and whose only moral guide is Father Robert Carillo, a guy raised in the streets that tries not to deviate from the right track. However, after a collective misdeed of horrible consequences, the four boys are sent as punishment to the Wilkinson home, which would change their lives forever.
