The Skin I Live In (2011) Netflix
Since his wife suffered burns all over her body as a result of a car accident, Dr. Robert Ledgard, an eminent plastic surgeon, has devoted years of study and experimentation to the elaboration of a new skin with which he could have saved her; it is a skin sensitive to caresses, but it works as an authentic breastplate against all kinds of aggressions, both external and internal. To put this revolutionary finding into practice it is necessary to lack scruples, and Ledgard does not have them. But, moreover, he needs a human guinea pig and an accomplice. Marilia, the woman who cared for him since childhood, is of a dog's fidelity: he will never fail her. The problem will be to find the human guinea pig.
