Post-apocapolyptic adventure involving nine rag dolls who will have to face up to giant machines if they want to preserve the future of civilization. History passes in a very near future. The invention known as the Big Active Machine and brings energy to machines that have risen up against the human race, decimating the population, before beginning to go out. The world will soon be destroyed, but a group of small beings tries to save the remains of civilization. It is composed of nine creatures to which a scientist infused life shortly before the catastrophe.... Among the group, Number 9 (voice of Elijah Wood) demonstrates he is a leader and qualities that may help them to survive and even prosper.
