Suzume is a coming-of-age fantasy adventure about a 17‑year‑old girl living in a quiet Kyushu town who crosses paths with a mysterious young traveler hunting for strange doors. When Suzume touches a lone, freestanding door in a ruined building, she unwittingly sets off a chain reaction: portals begin to open across Japan, spilling out disasters.
