Bob Ho (Jackie Chan) is a secret CIA superspice who decides to abandon his career in the world of espionage to settle down with his neighbor and girlfriend, the beautiful Gillian (Amber Valletta). But Bob has one last mission to fulfill before Gillian agrees to marry him: to win over his three stubborn children of her. When Gillian suddenly finds himself forced to leave the city, Bob volunteered to take care of the children, with the intention of winning their approval from her.
