After a mall birthday outing, three teenage girls are seized and held captive by Kevin Wendell Crumb, a man living with dissociative identity disorder who harbors 23 distinct personalities. Resourceful Casey studies the alters and tries to turn the weaker identities against their captor while Kevin’s psychiatrist, Dr. Fletcher, watches for signs that something far darker is rising. As the personalities begin to fracture and whispers of a terrifying 24th persona grow louder, the girls must race to escape before that dangerous identity takes control.
