In an alternate present, a select few children develop supernatural abilities when they reach puberty. Yuu Otosaka, a high schooler who can briefly take over other people's bodies, has been using his power to coast through life until he’s caught by Nao Tomori, the determined student council president of Hoshinoumi Academy — a school that shelters youngsters with such gifts.
