Haunted by a chain of blasts in 1993 whose mastermind slipped away, he uncovers years later a sleeper-cell network tied to the fugitive’s son and a shocking cache of missing explosives. When an arrest in Jaisalmer rattles the underworld and old conspirators resurface, Sooryavanshi must piece together the plot even as his personal life suffers.
