One summer night, when they returned from a party, two young intoxicated couples ran over a man on a deserted road. Confused and frightened, they decided to throw the body into the sea. A year later, one of the girls, Julie, gets a message in which someone says they know what happened the previous summer. From that moment on, a man with a sailor's gaban and a hook is dedicated to killing teenagers.
