The protagonists are a group of friends between 16 and 18 who live in Bristol. The group is composed by an attractive and popular boy, his girlfriend, a Muslim boy drug addict, a gay, a girl with an eating problem, a boy who is desperate to lose his virginity, an intelligent and privileged girl with family problems, an aspiring to musician and a party boy in love with his teacher.
